Use of educational resources in virtual learning environments, in educational units of the north of the Puerto Quito Canton

Through Ministerial Agreement No. MINEDUC-MINEDUC-2020-00020-A, which provides that during the period of class suspension, educational institutions may use free virtual learning platforms, in order to improve the quality of education and as complementary strategies, it makes available virtual educational resources, which allow students of different educational levels, improve the quality of learning, know the effectiveness of the use of educational resources, in virtual learning environments as support at the time of develop their classes, to improve the quality of the pedagogical processes, is the purpose of this research work, for this we start from a diagnosis of the sector under study, to continue obtaining both bibliographic and source information, through of the application of a survey, this information was analyzed and compared with the data of National Organisms them and International. Which allowed us to conclude that the use of virtual learning environments was an effective strategy, which managed to minimize the suspension of face-to-face classes, a strategy that depended largely on the degree of knowledge and management of teachers, a One of the main advantages offered by these educational platforms are the resources available and that served as support to develop the pedagogical processes, resources that are available in virtual learning environments, both for teachers and students, becoming a strength at the time. to make their classes more dynamic, more than 88% of teachers know and use educational resources.
