On average, the process for the author to receive a first decision from the Editor is 6 to 12 weeks. This time may be longer or shorter, depending on the flow of the Journal.

The entire flow can be followed on the SIJIS platform. Likewise, the authors, referees and responsible editors will be informed of the decisions and stages. In exceptional cases submissions may be received via email.
