Management leadership and labor competitiveness of Infocentro SRL, Jaen, Peru

The main objective of this research was to identify the level of influence of managerial leadership on the labor competitiveness of INFOCENTRO SRL workers in Jaen, Peru. It was considered an applied research, with a descriptive-correlational level, in the same way it was decided to use a non-experimental, transectional research design; the sample consisted of 103 workers of the company Infocentro SRL of Jaen, Peru. The technique considered was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The results showed that managerial leadership reached 58% at the moderate level, while labor competitiveness obtained 47% at the moderate level. It is concluded that managerial leadership and labor competitiveness maintain a considerable positive correlation given that both obtained a Spearman's Rho of 0.579, likewise, it can be seen that personal leadership reached a Spearman's Rho of 0.620 and leadership by results obtained a Spearman's Rho of 0.597, demonstrating that both dimensions maintain a positive correlation. 597 showing that both dimensions maintain a considerable positive correlation with the labor competitiveness variable, also, in all the results a bilateral sigma of less than 0.05 was reached, demonstrating that as long as the manager has the ability of leadership he can influence the workers to be competitive in each task they perform in the company Infocentro Jaen SRL.
