Abstract

Energy saving has become an important part worldwide, requiring professionals to carry out buildings whose main objectives point to sustainable development, linking the environmental issue with the economic one. For this analysis, it is necessary to evaluate the houses, estimating their main energy carriers, the economic factor and finding the possible installations of efficient technologies that lead to energy savings. The present project is based on the analysis and study of the facilities of a house to know the energy consumption of the different carriers that are within it by gathering information on the energy carriers such as water, electricity and gas. In this way, the indicators to be improved are presented and the design of a system that relieves them through the use of renewable energies (Wind, Solar) is carried out, then the modeling of the resources is carried out and then it is verified if it can benefit from Regulation No. ARCONEL 03/18 of self-consumption, being able to estimate the investment costs and promoting the rational use of energy through the recommendation of good practices that allow energy savings and efficiency within the home, establishing a path towards sustainable development.
