Strategic human capital management, supported by appropriate institutional conditions, is essential for improving quality standards in culturally diverse educational contexts. For this reason, we examined the impact of human talent management on service quality at an intercultural institution in Peru. The moderating variables considered were academic and technical infrastructure, teacher training and development, and multicultural inclusion. In addition, a quantitative approach was used, under a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. At the same time, the PLS-SEM model was applied to a set of data collected randomly from 282 students through a questionnaire that was evaluated by experts. Human talent management showed a significant and positive impact on CS (β=0.284; p<0.001), with organizational climate and culture, talent, and succession identified as particularly prominent predictors. academic and technical infrastructure served as a significant mediator, while intercultural inclusion had an insignificant effect (p=0.051), and teacher training revealed no substantial correlation with the variables examined; the structural model had moderate but robust explanatory power, accounting for 24 percent of the variance in service quality.
